Mr Todiwala’s Academy offers a range of experiences, from demos to masterclasses, private group classes to 1-2-1s, where, within a relaxed, intimate teaching environment, Cyrus Todiwala OBE DL will share his secrets on a range of relevant topics, from how to create time-honoured recipes to honing complex cooking techniques of Indian Street Food using some of the secret spice blends. Mr Todiwala’s Academy is perfect for professional chefs and would-be chefs or any food lover who wishes to cook and learn from some of the best talents in the industry.”

Running Order of the day:

• 10:30am: Arrival & Tea/Coffee
• 10:45am-10:55am: Introduction
• 11.00am- 1pm: Masterclass & then Lunch
• The day is expected to end around 3:00pm approximately.

Participants will be given a demonstration, have the opportunity to taste the dishes and ask questions to Chef Cyrus. Beverages also included during the Masterclass to enjoy with the food.
