    The classic Portuguese influenced Goan Pork Vindaloo finished with shelled clams. Served on wholewheat hollow bread. Allergen. Molluscs & Gluten (can be avoided)

    Masala roasted shank of lamb simmered in a tomato based sauce, flavoured with whole spices. (Mustard)

Open a jar of his magenta Parsee Wedding Pickle and you're transported to India, as mustard seed, chilli, cardamom and cloves tingle your taste buds.

Mr Todiwala's Academy offers rare master classes where, within a relaxed, intimate teaching environment, chefs at the top of their game share their secrets on a range of relevant topics, from how to create time-honoured recipes to honing complex cooking techniques.
