A culinary creative, Cyrus has concocted a line of unique offerings such as our award winning Wild Boar Pickle and the Great Taste award winning Date and Tamarind Chutney. Open a jar of his magenta Parsee Wedding Pickle and you're transported to India, as mustard seed, chilli, cardamom and cloves tingle your taste buds.
Mr Todiwala's Academy offers rare master classes where, within a relaxed, intimate teaching environment, chefs at the top of their game share their secrets on a range of relevant topics, from how to create time-honoured recipes to honing complex cooking techniques.
