On Thursday, November 14th, Cafe Spice Namaste will host a unique collaboration featuring Chef Cyrus Todiwala and Chef Dev Biswal, who will join forces to create an unforgettable evening.
This special six-course tasting menu celebrates the food and culture of Odisha, a region in eastern India. Drawing inspiration from his rich culinary heritage, Chef Dev has designed a menu that highlights the region’s distinctive flavours. During the event, both Cyrus and Dev, along with the Café Spice Namasté team, will prepare and present the dishes, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience the talents of two chefs working in harmony.
Guests will also receive an introduction to ~The Cook’s Adventures culinary tours, perfect for those interested in delving deeper into India’s food and culture.
