A combination of vegetables filled in a cooked ground rice pastry much like old-fashioned hot water paste and fried, served
with coconut chutney
MUSSELS PAKORA
Fritters of Chopped Mussels blended with chickpeas flour, spiced gently and, served with a fresh tomato chutney

2nd Course
TYREPATRI
Pan grilled rice pancake topped with spiced prawns served with

KERALAN CHICKEN BIRYANI
A milder version of the traditional Indian Biryani, flavoured with whole spices.

A chutney made with ginger, tamarind and raw cane sugar

Fine threaded egg yolk served with steamed egg white cake flavoured with cardamom
