10:30am: Arrival & Tea/Coffee
11:00am-11:15am: Introduction to the Masterclass
Chef will discuss the history of Indian cuisine, its roots and influences, philosophy on food and cooking, and expectations of the participants.
11.15am- 3pm: Masterclass & Lunch
Participants will be given a demonstration, have the opportunity to taste the dishes and ask questions to Chef Cyrus. Beverages also included during the Masterclass to enjoy with the food
