Mr Todiwala’s Academy is perfect for professional chefs and would-be chefs or any food lover who wishes to cook and learn from some of the best talents in the industry.”
From Mumbai, to Punjab, to Hyderabad, to Goa, to many more! Cyrus will take you through some of the most popular regions of India, teaching you authentic curries and sauces!
You will learn how to make 4-5 different dishes using sauces such as Parsee tomato sauce, as well as regional curries to suit different ingredients flavour profiles.

The day is expected to end around 2:00pm approximately.
Participants will be given a demonstration, have the opportunity to taste the dishes and ask questions to Chef Cyrus. Beverages also included during the Masterclass to enjoy with the food.
