On July 19th, Cyrus will be hosting renowned Japanese food specialist, chef, presenter, and writer Akemi Yokoyama for an exclusive evening of Japanese cuisine. The event will feature a fusion of Japanese dishes created by chef Akemi and alternating courses with Cafe Spice Namaste creations, paired with sake. Additionally, there will be talks by Akashi Sake Brewery, Japan, which has a history dating back to 1856. The brewery will provide insights into the art and mystery of sake, showcasing its diverse range of aromas, flavours, and textures.
