Cyrus & Pervin Todiwala invite you to join us for a gastronomic adventure in collaboration with our guest chef
for the evening, the delightful Abhilasha Chandak. The theme is vegetarian, but even non-vegetarians will enjoy exploring the glorious flavours produced on the night!
Abhilasha was a finalist on Masterchef India (2016) and the winner of the Hyatt India Culinary Challenge (2015).
She has travelled to 25 countries to explore their culture and cuisine and is a vegan food explorer & culinary influencer. Cyrus & Abhilasha have worked together to
create a menu to take you on a fantastic food journey
filled with exciting flavours.

A refreshing drink of freshly squeezed lime juice sherbet with fresh mint.

Spiced Goan liqueur with Tonic on ice with a squeeze of lime.

Abhilasha

RAILWAY BHEJETEBIL CHOP
Beetroot and Vegetable croquette served with hot mustard mayonnaise.

DOI BORA CHAAT
Soft Lentil Fritter steeped in creamy seasoned yogurt & drizzled with tamarind chutney.

Course 2
Café Spice Namasté

BHAEL POORI
Bombay’s most popular snack – a combination of puffed rice,
crushed poori, shallots, blended with a green and tamarind chutney.

PANEER CAFREAL SAMOSA
Indian whey cheese marinated and grilled in a Mozambican inspired masala
and filled in pastry.

Course 3
Abhilasha

DEHATI LITI CHOKHA
Oven roasted whole wheat dumpling with crushed aubergine
and roasted tomato chutney.

BENGAL CHOLAR DAAL
Sweet savoury Bengali style split yellow peas with coconut.

FARSI POORI
Crisp flat bread flavoured with cumin and warm seeds.

Café Spice Namasté

ARROZ DE LEGUMESH REFOGADO COM LEITE DE COCO
Vegetable risotto cooked in coconut milk.

FEIJÃO MENTEIGA MOLHO DE TOMATE COM ERVAS
Butter beans in a herbed tomato sauce.

Course 5

Ending the evening with a delicious duo of desserts

CHAI SPICED CAKE

Homemade Masala Tea cake with a saffron & pistachio glaze.

KERALAN COFFEE & CARDAMOM KULFI

Concentrated Arabica coffee infused with cardamom
and blended with reduced milk, cream and then frozen to set.
