Marinades & BBQ – 12 July 2023
Learn a selection of different Tandoori Marinades, perfect for all your BBQ meats as well as the Art of “Dry Rubs” to elevate your dishes. No BBQ is complete without an array of dishes to feast upon – Classical Indian & Vegetarian Kavaabs, Spiced Salads and last but not least the Famous Bombay Burger.
Question Cyrus on the process and understanding of marinating, and blending spices specifically for BBQ.

11:15am: Arrival & Tea/Coffee
11:30am-11:45am: Introduction to the Masterclass
Chef will discuss his personal history, philosophy of food and cooking, and give an outline of the session and what it will cover.
11.45am-3pm: Masterclass & Lunch
Participants will be given a demonstration, have the opportunity to taste the dishes and ask questions to Chef Cyrus. Beverages also included during the Masterclass to enjoy with the food.
Day is expected to end at approx 3:30pm.
