Come and join Cyrus and Pervin Todiwala on Friday, 26 January at 6.30pm when they personally host their ever-popular supper club, The Khaadraas. Where every course is meticulously planned and made with the best local and seasonal ingredients. Cyrus will enjoy explaining each of the 4 courses of authentic Parsee dishes, inspired by Todiwala family recipes. It’s an education and a feast for the palate like no other.

Fillet of white fish, marinated simply the Bombay way & crumb fried,
A sandwich layered with potato, tomato, cucumber with a melange of spices and a smattering of dry mango powder
JARDALOO MA SALI MURGHI
Chicken simmered in a sauce flavoured with sun dried hunza apricots, served with a cumin and caramelised onion rice.
BOMBAY CRÈME CARAMEL
Just a tad bit different in that this one is spiced with cardamom & Nutmeg.
