Join us for a stunning multi-course dinner that will showcase his signature flair and finesse. In addition to the exquisite culinary experience, guests will also have the opportunity to taste the premium rums from the boutique rum bottler, House of Rum.
Rum has a rich history in India, with sugarcane being distilled into alcoholic beverages since the Roman Empire. Today, India is the largest consumer of rum in the world and is home to the oldest distillery in Asia. This dinner will celebrate India’s ancient civilization’s triumph with this alcoholic beverage while highlighting the new era of rum created by House of Rum.
House of Rum founder David Howarth will co-host the evening, guiding diners through their range of single vintage, single cask, cask strength rums. The brand’s liquids are low intervention, meaning there are no additives like sugar or colouring, resulting in a purer product to be sipped, not mixed.
This is an ideal evening for those who love exquisite Indian cuisine and want to explore their passion for premium rum or whiskey enthusiasts looking for their next favorite drink.
The event is organised to support the Lagans Foundation, which provides home and respite care for families and children with complex health needs. Although currently focused in the North West, the charity has ambitious plans to expand across the UK, and your support can help make this vision possible.
The event starts at 6:30 pm, and thanks to our generous producers, we can offer the dinner for just £65 including rum with each course. excludes service and any other drinks.
