Indian Street Food Masterclass

In this class Cyrus will take you through the memories of some of his favourite snacks from childhood.
You will learn how to make Masala Dosa, Ragda Pattice, Kheema Gotala, Onion Bhajia & Vada Pao.
Put your questions to Cyrus and learn the methodology of Indian Cuisine.
You will bring Indian Street food classics to your kitchen in minutes!

Sauces & Curries Masterclass

Cyrus will take you through some of the most popular regions of India,
teaching you authentic curries and sauces!
You will learn how to make Leeli Curry, Hyderabadi Curry, Dahi Kadi and a Parsee tomato sauce.
Vegetarian & Vegan Masterclass

In this masterclass Cyrus Todiwala will be showing you his famous channa (Chickpeas) and Poori recipes
as seen on the BBC's Saturday Kitchen.
You will learn how to make & roll the dough, how to fold samosas, make a traditional pattice and how to season and prepare vegetables in minutes to make dishes packed with vibrancy and flavour.
