THE
GINGER GARDEN
Cafe Spice Namasté is pleased
to announce the summer opening of the
unique Ginger Garden, located next to
the restaurant.
The garden can be accessed
via a separate entrance in Magdalen Passage.
The Ginger Garden serves refreshing beer
and nibbles, and also features an outside
Tandoor where award winning head chef
Cyrus Todiwala MBE experiments with fresh
and exciting 'alfresco' Indian recipes.
The design of the garden is in-keeping
with the Café Spice Namasté theme of vibrant,
hot colours and peaceful Parsee murals
painted on the walls. Decking and tropical
planting feature heavily, as well as a
traditional mosaic bar where you will
be able to drink a refreshing beer or
cocktail, and taste Indian gourmet delights.
A range of Bombay snacks and sandwiches
will be served from 3-6pm. "The Ginger
Garden is the perfect way to enjoy Indian
food.
The summer heat compliments
the flavour of the spices and also provides
the perfect conditions for a beer or wine
to accompany the meal" Cyrus Todiwala
MBE. The Ginger Garden is also available
for private bookings and hire. The garden
has a capacity of 40 people.
