COMPANY POLICY - applies to group of 10 or more people

For your comfort and pleasure we have worked out below a system that enables smooth service with minimal fuss and problems. A few simple rules to help assist us in assisting you and giving you our best at all time.

1. We will confirm your booking as soon as we received DEPOSIT.
2. We require a minimum of £10 per person as a deposit to confirm the booking.
3. If paying by card, the mentioned amount will be debited to your card on the day of confirmation and we will send you the written confirmation of the same.
4. You will understand that due to restraints on our part and preparation having been made, we are compelled to levy a charge of £20 per person in case of no shows on a confirmed reservation unless we are informed 24 hours in advance when reconfirming.
5. The paid deposit amount will be adjusted with your final bill.
6. We would greatly appreciate a confirmation of final numbers at least 24 hour in advance.
7. We wish to make you aware that a 12½% service charge will be added to your total bill for your convenience.
8. We recommend that the entire group select one of the fixed price menu. This not only makes it easy for you to decide, it makes for ease of service and efficiency and also gives you more time to enjoy the meal. However, we can do only one menu per group unless there are special dietary requests or religious reasons.
9. We are more than happy to provide for those requiring special dietary attention. So that they are well cared for, we strongly recommend 48 hours notice at least to avoid disappointment.
10. Speciality fixed menus are exclusively prepared and we would like confirmation of the selected menu at least 48 hours in advance. Some raw materials take longer to procure and we will not be able to entertain last minute request for a pre set menu.
