Dear Friends,

BEST OF scotTISH
...with an INDIAN TWIST

Scottish Food & Drink Fortnight turns up the heat in London
Renowned chef Cyrus Todiwala of the acclaimed Cafe Spice Namaste in London is bringing a taste of Scotland to his capital customers during Scottish Food & Drink Fortnight.
As part of Scotland’s biggest gastronomic celebration, Cyrus has designed a special menu called ‘The Twisted Kilt’ featuring Indian dishes with a Scottish twist.

Highlights include SPICED CHILLI CHEESE RAREBIT ON GARIOCH, and Bombay Shepherds Pie – a unique take on the traditional favourite using cumin and green chilli mashed potato and served with naan bread.

The menu is packed with high-quality, Scottish produce including smoked fish from Jollys of Orkney, bacon from award-winning Ramsay’s of Carluke, cheeses produced by Connage Highland Dairy and sweet treats from Scottish chocolatier, Coco Chocolates.
